Order Acceptance & Final Sale
All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance by Altair Lighting. Replacement parts kits and select closeout items are final sale and non-returnable. Please verify product details before purchase.

Product Information
We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions and pricing. However, Altair Lighting reserves the right to correct errors or update information without prior notice.

Warranty
Replacement parts kits (DOB replacement repair kits) are covered by a limited 30 day warranty, applicable solely to defects present at the time of delivery (DOA – Dead on Arrival). This limited warranty does not extend to, and expressly excludes, any damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, modification, or user error.

In the event a defect is identified within 30 days of delivery, and such defect is determined to be covered under this warranty, a replacement unit will be provided at no additional cost. No other remedies are available or implied beyond this replacement provision.

Limitation of Liability
For your safety and code compliance, installation must be performed by a licensed electrician. Improper installation may result in injury, fire hazard, or voided warranty. Altair Lighting is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or the products sold. This includes, but is not limited to, damages resulting from improper installation, misuse, or unauthorized modifications. Our liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
